Peckham Settlement

This evening Transition Town Peckham had a really interesting meeting at Peckham Settlement.  Peckham Power and Peckham Settlement might be able to help eachother out.

The chap who is currently director of PS is a consultant at Community Innovation UK and he has lots of experience with IPS structures (and other legal structures).  He's also a very friendly guy.  Perhaps we don't need any help; but I thought I should mention Peckham Settlement's experience with IPSes.  PS also has lots of meeting rooms including a huge room which rents for £20 per hour to community groups:

Also, the building in which PS is currently situated is in definite need of some energy efficiency work.  PS would be open to working with a community group (like PP) to bid for funding to retrofit the building and in helping to vet bids from contractors.
