Lukasz Gruszczynski, local architect, is converting his Victorian terrace house to as near a passiv haus as the planning committee would allow, and will be showing us the (hopefully) nearly completed results.  Please note: this event is not suitable for children since some building work will still be in progress. 

Nibbles, drinks and mince pies will be available.
