Draft feasibility study - what do you think?

We want to commission a feasibility study.  We explain why in the attached doc, and propose key factors for the feasibility study to investigate.

Let us know what you think.

The feasibility study sounds interesting particularly in relation to longer term targets.  As an energy assessor (SAP) part of my job is to model domestic buildings and suggest suitable design options to meet building regulation and emissions targets.

Perhaps we could model a street in Peckham? Look at the affects of different energy efficiency and renewable technology measures and get some SAP outputs? Having mostly modelled new build I would be very interested in looking at the performance of the older Victorian and Pre-war terraced housing common throughout Peckham and Nunhead.

Modelling the dwellings that have been given real-time energy meters may also be highly beneficial.  There is a real lack of good data in the industry that shows energy useage both before and after energy efficiency measures have been applied.  This is because developers lack confidance in the 'improvements' they are making and worry that a building is not performing as well in practise as they have perhaps advertised.  I think there is a good opportunity here to gather some good inpartial data and see how closely it actually matches what has been modelled.
